Join Ryan M as he helps us to find creative ways to reuse plastic bottles to stop them ending up in landfill.  Learn how to make a simple planter and a watering can. Ryan is passionate about reducing waste and responding to the climate change emergency through reducing waste.

What you will need:

  • 2 litre food safe plastic bottle (or any plastic bottle)
  • Textas (to decorate)
  • Scissors
  • A hammer and nail or drill to make holes.

You could also make your own film.  You can make a film using your Ipad or other device and downloading Adobe Premiere. Or using the editing software on your device.

You can check out Ryan’s full documentary

“NOW” – Climate Change Emergency: What we CAN all DO about it.

For another great workshop check out our STA Kids feature with Al Phemister as he shows you how to create a fabulous work of art out of upcycled plastic bottle tops and other waste materials.
