17 Aug – The Regional Arts Fund (RAF) Project Grants program – delivered by Regional Arts NSW, is now open and provides funding for high-quality arts projects that benefit artists, arts workers, audiences and communities across regional and remote NSW.
17 Aug – Clubgrants Category 3 Fund – Funding to support arts and culture infrastructure such as museums, art galleries or cultural centres.
31 Aug – The Southern Highlands Community Foundation (SHCF) –This year, the SHCF Grants Committee will consider applications of up to $25,000 as well as multi-year funding where projects demonstrate clear, long-term benefit and impact.
1 Sep – Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Australia – Funding for Cultural Projects – This program aims to support cultural projects initiated by Australian artists, groups and organisations. Grants between $3,000 and $25,000 are available.
1 Sep – Creative Australia – Arts Projects for Individuals and Groups – Funding of between $10,000 and $50,000 for a range of activities and projects, both national and international, across all arts practices.
1 Sep – Creative Australia – Arts Projects for Organisations – Funding of between $20,000 and $100,000 for a range of activities and projects, both national and international, across all arts practices.
1 Sep – Creative Australia – Writers’ Festival Author Travel Fund – This investment will support writers’ festivals around the country to connect Australian authors with readers and peers and promote their work.
2 Sep – Arts On Tour – Backroads – Backroads is a small grants program that supports compact, high-quality works to tour to locations in regional/remote NSW that are not serviced by a professional performing arts centre. Applicants from NSW can apply for one of three $7,000 grants to support a tour to 1-3 independent or community-run venues.
24 Sep – Screen Australia – Documentary Production Funding – This program aims to support Australian documentary content for production and release for Direct-to-Audience, Television and Feature Film platforms.
13 Oct – Creative Australia – Contemporary Music Touring Program (CMTP) – This program aims to support national touring activity undertaken by Australian musicians performing original Australian contemporary music.
27 Oct – Creative Australia Four Year Investment for Organisations 2029–32 Enabling arts and cultural organisations to plan with longer-term certainty and increase capacity to leverage other support in 2029–32.
10 Nov – International Travel Fund: Market Development – Funding to support travel to key international market development platforms and key gatherings.
10 Nov – Record Label Development Scheme – Up to $125,000 matched funding for eligible record labels to support holistic development and success of Australian music artists.
31 Mar 2027 – Australian Lending Right Schemes – Australian book publishers or creators—authors, illustrators, editors, translators and compilers—can be compensated for the loss of income through the free multiple use of their work in Australian public and educational lending libraries.

NSW Government $1,000 Safe Work Rebate – Available for eligible items such as ladders, marquees etc. There is a free SafeWork training sessionto apply.
Development Program – Supports writers and producers to develop fiction or unscripted (documentary) and online projects with distinctive ideas and ambitious stories.
Sound NSW Touring and Travel Fund – Applications close 12pm (midday) on the last Friday of each month (excluding December). Funding for artists, acts and industry professionals to tour, showcase and undertake professional development.
International Cultural Diplomacy Arts Fund (ICDAF) – This program aims to support activities in Australia and around the world that promote the Australian Government’s international arts and cultural engagement and cultural diplomacy priorities, and assist the Government in meeting Australia’s international commitments relating to arts and culture.
William Fletcher Artist Grants – Provides grants for the development of talented Australian artists.
AFTRS First Nations Scholarships – This program aims to assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, with the costs associated with higher education at Australian Film Television annd Radio School.
SupportAct Crisis Relief Grants – Support is available to musicians, managers, crew and music workers across all genres experiencing financial hardship as the result of illness, injury, mental health, older age or another current crisis that is impacting their ability to work in music.
