Stories from the Studio: Margaret Berry

This week we’re talking to poet Margaret Berry! Margaret is a retired teacher who loves to write and peform her poetry.

Some of her poems have been turned into Public Art! Two indelible stencils that  celebrate poetry and place with installations across the STA region. Margaret’s Indelible Stencils can be seen in Orchard Street, Taralga as well as Dr Kelf Park in Boorowa.

Join Margaret Berry as well as Poets  Lizz Murphy, and Jane Baker for a Indelible Stencil Roving Poetry Performance, Saturday March 11, from 11:30am . Enjoy live poetry at each of the three Indelible Stencil poetry sculptures along Boorowa River Walk as part of Hilltops Off the Beaten Track.

Then… finish with an ‘open mic’ & refreshments!

Event starts at the bbq area just near the carpark, Rotary Park/Dr Kelf Park, Pudman St Boorowa.  Free – No booking necessary. Find our more here!
