Stories from the Studio: Bec Noonan
This week we stopped in to visit Bec Noonan at her home studio in Goulburn. Bec is making quite a name for herself with her beautiful landscapes and still-life paintings, often featuring her home area and other places from across the STA region.
Bec’s work ‘Autumn afternoon Mulwaree Ponds’ is a finalist on display as part of the 2026 Harden Art Prize. The biennial prize is a fabulous reason to include a trip to Harden- Murrumburrah in your ANZAC weekend adventures.
There is a timeless stillness evident in Bec’s work. Her refined compositions and elegant use of colour depict a serene world that beckons the viewer to linger and enjoy. Each painting is a window into a peaceful realm of the artists making.

Take a autumnal drive to Harden Murrumburrah to see this beautiful exhibition.
This isn’t the first Stories from the Studio that Bec has been part of. As the curator of the art exhibitions at the Goulburn Show she featured in 2025 when the Club displayed the PAINT THE TOWN LEGACY exhibition. Watch is again …
