Stories from the Studio: Gunter at the Outsider Gallery, Captains Flat

A recent delight has been getting to know creatives in QPRC and one of the rarest of gems is Gunter and the Outsider Gallery in Captains Flat.

With the QPRC Arts Trail in full swing this week’s Stories from the Studio is direct from this intensely inspiring space crowded with art.

For many years Gunter and partner Christine ran the famous Outsider Cafe Lounge Gallery from the gallery to rave reviews. The unique atmosphere and Christine’s cooking bringing happy diners from miles around. 

‘It wasn’t unusual for people to book in for lunch and stay for dinner. People just wanted to stay’. says Gunter
