Dance for Wellbeing

Join professional dancer Liz Barling to learn choreographed dances for physical health, well-being and a love of dance.

Dance for Wellbeing is a FREE therapeutic dance and movement program for people living with disability. Created originally for people living with Parkinson Disease.

Classes are run on every Tuesday online via Zoom at 10am. Making it easy for people to enjoy the classes from the comfort of their own homes in the Goulburn Mulwaree region and beyond.
