Dance for Wellbeing 

A therapeutic dance and movement class for people living with disability. 

Join in to learn choreographed dances for physical health, well-being and a love of dance in a social setting.

Each class is conducted by a professional dancer who leads the class in a supported environment. 

Created originally for people living with Parkinson Disease the program is perfect for everyone.

Dance for Wellbeing in Goulburn

Currently on hiatus but we hope to be able to offer this much loved program again soon. 

STA delivers the program in partnership with Dance for Parkinson’s Australia with support from NSW Communities & Justice and the Ministerial Advisory Council on Ageing – Combatting Social Isolation for Seniors during COVID-19 Grants Program.

The Picton program has been offered with the support of Wollondilly Council.
