Doreen Lyon lives and works in Wollondilly where she creates prints and artists books. 

I’m a printmaking, painter and nature is always my inspiration. I taught my self how to make eco prints into paper and get the plants into paper which led onto making books. My first book told the story of Thirlmere Lakes during the drought about two years ago. 

Doreen is also well known for her work with the The Wollondilly Heritage Centre and Museum.
