Stories from the Studio: Camilla Duffy

This week we caught up with Hilltops based photographer, Camilla Duffy. Camilla is a passionate photographer based in the beautiful town of Boorowa. She specializes in capturing life’s most special moments – from weddings and family portraits to commercial photography.

I have a wonderful family, including my supportive husband Joe, and three children Thomas, Maddie, and Amelia. And let’s not forget about our furry friends – Ari and Steve, who are never far from my side. Animals – large and small have been the subjects of my photography since my early days.

I have always had a love for photography, and after years of honing my skills and perfecting my craft, I finally turned my passion into a business in 2010. I am inspired by capturing the emotions and special details of each wedding day and love nothing more than traveling near and far to document these once-in-a-lifetime moments. Families and kids hold a special place in my heart, and I am always eager to capture the unique personalities and love that exist within each family, including their furry and feathered friends.

Camilla was part of our Focus Project, 6 STA members met at Camilla Duffy’s Studio @camilladuffyphotographer in Boorowa on Monday. Each creative practitioner enjoyed an hour long photography session and received professional quality images of their work and a portrait!

FOCUS will also be held in Wingecarribee, Wollondilly, Yass Valley, Goulburn Mulwaree, Upper Lachlan and Queanbeyan-Palerang. Creatives have the opportunity to book a FREE one hour photo session. Each photoshoot day has six individual appointments available allocated on a ‘first in best dressed’ basis! FIND OUT MORE
