Announcing Frank Lindner as the Majors Artist for 2025

Frank will be bringing his unique photographic vision to the Major’s Creek Festival in November. As the recipient of this year’s STA Majors Artist Bursary, Frank will capture images of masked festival goers as they roam the beautiful festival location.

Frank Lindner is an award winning photographic storyteller from Braidwood, with an eye for the surreal. He produces images that are whimsical, mysterious and a little spooky using old school lighting effects and techniques. Frank will create dreamy images of festival goers, a wash with colour in unexpected compositions.

Be part of the Fun

Frank will be hosting a mask making workshop at the festival at 11am on Saturday morning where people will be able to create a paper bag mask. They can wear their mask around the festival adding to magical atmosphere.

Those that are keen to be in one of Frank’s images will set a time to pose for the artist over the weekend.

We can’t wait to see the resulting images, which will be showcased at the STA website and over social media following the festival.
