Regional Development Act 2004 Review 

The NSW Government is undertaking a review of the Regional Development Act 2004 to identify priorities for regional communities, establish how the government will work with these communities to improve outcomes and the approach to identify areas for future investment. Taking a fresh approach to how the NSW government invests in regional NSW.

Regional communities have grown and changed a lot over the past decade, and the government needs to update how they invest in regional NSW.

The NSW Government wants to be sure they are supporting regional development in a fair and equitable way, and guarantee they are doing everything they can to be transparent and accountable to the people of NSW in how they spend public funds.

The NSW Government want to hear from all members of the NSW community. Your feedback will help inform how the Government supports the sustainable growth of regional NSW now and into the future.
