Dance for Wellbeing Picton

Join professional dancer Bonnie Curtis to learn choreographed dances for physical health, well-being and a love of dance.

Dance for Wellbeing is a FREE therapeutic dance and movement program for people living with disability. Created originally for people living with Parkinson Disease.

With two ways to engage with the classes STA is making it easy for people dance either face to face or from the comfort of their own homes.

Classes running online via zoom every Tuesday.

Face to face classes in Picton starting in December. 

All abilities welcome!

Classes run on Wednesday 9:30am – 10:30 am

Term 1 Dates:

17 Feb , 24 Feb, 3 March, 10 March

There will be no class on 17 March. 

Classes resume 24 March, 31 March, 7 April, 14 April

 at Picton Lodge, 2 – 4 Colden St Picton.
