The National Trust (NSW) presents the touring exhibition, 'Georgian Glass: Colonial Style' of the Havelberg-Smith collection of Georgian era glassware (c. 1700-1840), bequeathed to the National. The exhibition consists of over 40 pieces from the collection, including glasses, rummer glasses, jugs, serving ware and candlesticks.The collection highlights stylistic changes in English glass, driven by advances in technology and changes in the way people ate, drank and socialised.
