About the Presenters.

Jennifer Tang

Jennifer joined Finsura Insurance Broking from September 2002. She started out as an Account Broker and worked her way to be one of the firm’s Corporate Account Broker from 2008 to 2014 where she managed various corporate level clients’ insurance portfolio. She took over management of insurance portfolio for RANSW from 2008 and over the years, made improvements in the coverages and was instrumental in setting up the insurance scheme for members of RANSW in 2013. Since then, she has on behalf of Finsura, worked with various insurers and made insurance arrangements to provide essential coverages to individual artists not only in NSW but also to other states within Australia. She had collaborated with a few RADOs and conducted several insurance sessions at various locations on the insurance arrangements and assist incorporated groups and individual artists with their insurance requirements and enquiries.

Peter Bayliss

Peter is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent and is Managing Director of boutique business services firm Into Tomorrow. Peter has been involved in the Australian arts industry for over 20 years in a number of roles including artist management, booking and promotion while also developing his skills in accounting/business through his work across private enterprise, community and arts organisations and government (includng artsACT). He has also held board positions with organisations including Music Managers Forum Australia (MMF), Radio 2XX, Ausdance National, Australian Association of Social Workers & MusicACT. Currently Peter is Treasurer for Screen ACT.
