Southern Tablelands Arts is proud to announce: Dancing with Parkinson’s classes in Goulburn. 4th and 12th of December. 

Modelled after the Dance of PD program developed by the Mark Morris Dance Group and the Brooklyn Parkinson Group, these dance classes are appropriate for anyone with PD and other mobility issues, no matter how advanced.

No dance experience is required. In chairs, supported or standing, you will explore elements of dance in stimulating, enjoyable, non-pressured, social environment. These community Classes are open to partners, family members, carers and community members.

Dance for Parkinson’s Community Class (Pilot Program)

Dance for wellbeing. For the first time in Goulburn comes the highly successful Dance for Parkinson’s program. This event is hosted by Southern Tablelands Arts in association with the Belconnen Arts Centre, The Liz Barling School of Dance and Dance for Parkinson’s Australia.
