A social event across the generations with conversation, activities and a walk around the lake together with students from local schools. After morning tea, feel free to join yoga teacher Fiona for a fun and informative introduction to gentle yoga.
Friday 13 April: Plugged in the Park – 3.30pm – 6pm, Corbett Gardens
Live local acoustic performers will be set up and playing in the park along with food trucks and service providers, a casual environment to enjoy the talents of our local young people.
Sunday 15 April: Five Ways Mini Fest – 10am – 2pm, Loseby Park Oval
Celebrating young people living in the Southern Highlands, this fun filled event features WESTS TIGERS running workshops on the day supporting young people to be active along with live music and entertainment including bubble soccer and hippo chow down, Aboriginal cultural workshops, food trucks and a whole lot more.6
Tuesday 17 April: safeTALK – 10.30am – 2.30pm at Bowral BDCU office space
safeTALK is a half-day alertness workshop that prepares anyone over the age of 15 years to become a suicide-alert helper. Bookings are essential as places are limited, contact [email protected] or 48680859 to secure a space.
Thursday 19 April: Bowral’s Amazing Race – 10am – 2pm, Highlands Youth Centre
